Lets talk about reiki
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality that supports the body’s natural ability to heal on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Rooted in ancient Japanese tradition, Reiki works with universal life force energy, flowing through the practitioner’s hands to clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to the energy body.
I offer a unique blend of Usui Reiki (the traditional lineage of hands-on healing) and Kundalini Reiki (a more dynamic, transformative frequency that activates inner power and spiritual awakening).
In each session, you’ll be held in a sacred, energetically protected space where deep healing can unfold. I channel Reiki with loving intention, often weaving in intuitive insights, emotional release support, and cosmic guidance from your higher self and guides.
You may also experience light language frequencies, sound codes, or channeled messages, depending on what your soul needs in that moment.
My healing philosophy is rooted in the knowing that your body already knows how to heal, sometimes it just needs the space, safety, and energy alignment to do so.
I offer distance sessions and live Zoom sessions, we begin with a brief check-in and intention setting. As the energy flows, you may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or see colors or visions.
Each session is completely unique and intuitively guided, I am simply the conduit... your soul leads the way.

Distance reiki - 30 min (Remote)
Healing knows no bounds. In a Distance Reiki session, I connect to your energy field remotely, sending high-frequency healing across time and space. You'll receive the same deep energetic support as in-person or live Zoom session... clearing blockages, realigning your field, and anchoring peace and presence, right from the comfort of your own sacred space.
This is a fully remote session (not a live Zoom Session) I will do the remote Reiki session at the appointment time and then send notes via email.
Live Zoom - 60 min Session
As mentioned before healing knows no bounds. In a Live Zoom Reiki session, I connect to your energy field remotely, sending high-frequency healing across time and space. You'll receive the same deep energetic support as in-person... clearing blockages, realigning your field, and anchoring peace and presence, right from the comfort of your own sacred space.
This is a Live on Zoom remote session (we will be able to chat on video). After your Reiki session I will send out video recording via email.
Reiki Session
30/60 minutes — $55/$111
We begin by setting a clear intention together, allowing your system to guide the session, if you are purchasing a 30 minute remote distance session please add clear intention and what you are needing most help with. As the energy flows, I’ll tune in to what’s asking to be released, rebalanced, or activated. Afterward, I’ll share what came through and support you with any insights or practices for integration.
