Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality that supports the body’s natural ability to heal on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Rooted in ancient Japanese tradition, Reiki works with universal life force energy—flowing through the practitioner’s hands to clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance to the energy body.
I offers a unique blend of Usui Reiki (the traditional lineage of hands-on healing) and Kundalini Reiki (a more dynamic, transformative frequency that activates inner power and spiritual awakening).
In each session, you’ll be held in a sacred, energetically protected space where deep healing can unfold. I channel Reiki with loving intention, often weaving in intuitive insights, emotional release support, and cosmic guidance from your higher self and guides.
You may also experience light language frequencies, sound codes, or channeled messages, depending on what your soul needs in that moment.
My healing philosophy is rooted in the knowing that your body already knows how to heal—sometimes it just needs the space, safety, and energy alignment to do so.
Sessions begin with a brief check-in and intention setting. You’ll then lie down (fully clothed) while I works with your energy field using hovering hands. As the energy flows, you may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or see colors or visions.
Each session is completely unique and intuitively guided—I am simply the conduit; your soul leads the way.

Intuitive Energy Healing Session
60-75 minutes — $222
Available in person or via Zoom
Each session is a deeply attuned journey guided by your energy field and my intuitive connection. Whether we meet in person or virtually, you’ll receive the same powerful support through Reiki, Light Language, Galactic frequencies, Somatic Alignment & Movement, and Intuitive Insight.
We begin by setting a clear intention together, allowing your system to guide the session. As the energy flows, I’ll tune in to what’s asking to be released, rebalanced, or activated. Afterward, I’ll share what came through and support you with any insights or practices for integration.
Every session is a unique experience—gentle, profound, and designed to bring you back into alignment with your truth.
