A gentle yet powerful modality using muscle testing and energetic clearing to release stuck emotions and subconscious resistance, without having to relive your trauma. Emotion Release Sessions helps you align with your goals and feel more balanced, clear, and emotionally free.
All Emotion Release Sessions are done remotely, but your experience is anything but passive. Each session is energetically attuned to your unique intention and includes detailed notes to guide your integration and continued healing. As you read your clearing notes, you may notice emotions rising, this is part of the release and healing process. •
After we confirm your session date. We will begin working on your intention (Im here to help with this).
• On session date, I will conduct the muscle testing and energetic clearing remotely.
• You’ll receive detailed clearing notes with everything that was released, along with insights and integration prompts.
• I’m available by text or a quick call afterward if you'd like support reviewing your notes or talking through what came up.

This session gently clears trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, and stagnant energies from each individual chakra, without reliving trauma or revisiting painful memories.

What a Session Looks Like: Because this is a chakra-specific clearing session, there is no need for a long intake or live appointment.
After you book:
Step 1 – Connection Call We begin with a brief phone call to establish connection and align energetically. This allows me to tune into your system and prepare for your clearing. Step 2 – Chakra Clearing Session Within three days of our call, I complete your full chakra clearing remotely. Each chakra is assessed and cleared individually, releasing trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, and stagnant energy that your system is ready to let go of. The clearing is done intentionally, calmly, and without force. Your body leads the pace. Step 3 – Integration & Follow-Up After your session, you will receive:
• Detailed clearing notes outlining what was released
• Insight into patterns that were connected to each chakra
• Voice memos explaining what shifted
• Answers to any questions that arise
This allows you to process and integrate in your own time, without pressure.

Each month, we gather to focus our collective intention on a specific layer of our energetic anatomy. These themed sessions allow us to dive deeper into targeted areas of healing, ensuring your spiritual growth is both holistic and integrated.
Theme of the Month (April 30th 6-7pm EST): The Radiant Alignment (Chakra Balancing)
Our physical vitality, emotional flow, and spiritual clarity are all governed by the spinning wheels of light known as the Chakras. When these centers are open and in harmony, life feels fluid and aligned. When they are stagnant, we may feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected.
Healing in a group is not just "individual healing done simultaneously", it is the creation of a Third Field. When we gather with a shared sacred intention, our individual energies begin to weave together, creating a resonant field that is far more potent than the sum of its parts.
