MBSR is a powerful modality that helps you identify and release trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, and energetic imprints, without the need to relive trauma.
Using muscle testing and intention-based clearing as well as a cold laser to gently stimulate specific acupuncture points, meridians, and reflex areas, helping to shift the body's stress response and open the pathway for healing. This process is painless, non-invasive, and often deeply relaxing. It also allows us to input new, supportive beliefs aligned with your chosen intention.
We work with your subconscious to uncover hidden blocks and patterns that are creating resistance in your life. These may be rooted in past experiences, inherited from ancestors, or absorbed from your environment. In each session, we begin by setting a clear intention, whether it’s around emotional healing, physical symptoms, relationships, or calling in abundance. From there, I access specialized charts to pinpoint what your body is ready to release and gently clear it through energetic protocols.
This work is especially supportive if you feel stuck but can’t quite name why, or if traditional talk therapy hasn’t fully reached the deeper layers of your experience.

Mind Body Spirit Release Sessions
These sessions are deeply comprehensive and personalized to your energy field.
We don’t just clear trapped emotions—we work on the entire system. This includes energetic imbalances within the body (such as the organs and glands), subconscious limiting beliefs, dis-resonance between you and other individuals, and significant life events that may still be creating stress in your system.

While a single MBSR session can create powerful breakthroughs and deep emotional release, true transformation often unfolds over time. Energetic imprints, limiting beliefs, and stored trauma are rarely created overnight—and consistent clearing allows your system to fully integrate, rewire, and align with your desired outcomes.
For lasting results, I recommend committing to regular sessions every 2–4 weeks over a period of time. This allows us to peel back the layers gently, track your progress, and continue to support your nervous system, energy body, and subconscious patterns in a safe and sustainable way.

Six 90-minute MBSR sessions
Recommended to be used over 3–4 months.
• Includes six remote sessions scheduled over 3–4 months.
• Begins with a 30-minute Zoom session to map out your intentions and journey.
• At the midpoint, we’ll meet again for a 60-minute Zoom session to reflect on your progress, adjust focus areas, and go deeper.
• Each remote session includes comprehensive clearing and integration notes, with continued support throughout your healing journey.
• As you read your clearing notes, you may notice emotions rising—this is part of the release and healing process.

3-Session package
Three 90-minute MBSR sessions
Recommended to be used over 6–8 weeks.
• Includes three remote sessions spaced over 6–8 weeks.
• We begin with a 30-minute Zoom session to explore your goals and energetic priorities.
• Each session is conducted remotely on the scheduled date, with clearing notes delivered afterward.
• You’ll have access to email/text support as needed between sessions to ask questions or share reflections.

one MBSR Session

• After we confirm your session date. We will begin working on your intention (Im here to help with this).
• On that date, I will conduct the muscle testing and energetic clearing remotely.
• You’ll receive detailed clearing notes with everything that was released, along with insights and integration prompts.
